UpCountry Brewing-Blueberry Pancake Breakfast Stout
Other Stout style brews
Scout Stout (2019)
Stout | ABV: 5.5%
With Scout Stout, we bring back a classic of Asheville Brewing Co. Originally brewed in memory of a lost four- legged friend, this stout is a roasty, chocolatey, hearty yet extremely drinkable stout. The notes of coffee and chocolate compliment the hint of spice coming from a small addition of rye. The back notes of black coffee brings a mild bitterness with a sweet cocoa finish. Its reliable, dependable, and will stick with you wherever you may venture. Let’s raise a glass to man’s best friend.
Moses the Crow Black Walnut Ice Cream Stout
Stout | ABV: 5.5%
Brewed with over 2 pounds per barrel of toasted black walnuts, a touch of vanilla and milk sugar. A creamy sweet balance of rich nuttiness, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a proper Stout beer.
Rye Plains Drifter Rye Stout
Stout | ABV: 7.7%
Brewed with a good pal of ours from Idle Vine Brewing Co. in Austin, Texas, this stout starts with delicious rye flavor up front and is backed by a hefty British malt base. Balanced and warming, Rye Plains Drifter lets the subtle spice and earthiness of rye shine without overwhelming the roast character.
It’s the buffalo flannel of stouts–classic and always a good choice.
Whalewolf Peanut Butter Stout
Stout | ABV: 7.2% | IBU: 40
Asheville Brewing will release Whalewolf Peanut Butter Stout to celebrate Devil’s Night on Monday, October 30.
This peanut butter chocolate extra stout made is a special Halloween treat. It’s a full-bodied stout brewed with French Broad Chocolate cacao nibs and low-fat powdered peanut butter. Whalewolf is strong, but not overpowering, clocking in at 7.2% AVB.
This super flavorful peanut butter cup of a stout owes it’s name to one of our favorite horror movies–2015’s Sharktopus vs. Whalewolf (part of a series of made for TV films featuring Sharktopus).
Bantha Milk Blueberry Stout
Stout | ABV: 5.3%
Asheville Brewing Company’s Bantha Milk Blueberry Stout is the finest beer in all the galaxy. The combination of oats, milk sugar, and a huge amount of sweet blueberry pure equals a beer that could make the Kessel Run in less than 12 Parsecs. We made this brew last year in honor of one of our favorite movie series of all time. We love Bantha Milk so much that we are bringing this deliciously dark concoction back for Asheville Beer Week 2018.
Draft only release on Thursday, May 24th at both our downtown and North Asheville locations. Bantha Milk will disappear fast!
