Brewed in collaboration with iamavl, iamavAle leans into a classic West Coast profile—clean, bright, and unapologetically hop-forward. Centennial leads with sharp citrus and floral lift, Columbus brings a resinous edge, and Simcoe rounds it out with notes of pine and subtle stone fruit.
Crisp bitterness snaps through a lean malt backbone, keeping things dry, refreshing, and endlessly drinkable. It’s a modern nod to a timeless style—built for hop lovers who appreciate clarity, structure, and a little bite.
Founded in 2012, Independent Arts and Music of Asheville or iamAVL has worked to bring exposure to the music and arts community of Western North Carolina, and support the artists and musicians working there. This is achieved through live club and concert streaming multiple nights a week from around the region. But also through artist spotlights, interviews, and original programing including 6 seasons of ‘Echo Sessions’, a live in-studio concert series for syndication on North Carolina’s PBS station UNCTV. Smokey Rye Pale Ale
Pale Ale | ABV: 6.6%
Smokey is a Cherry Wood Smoked malt Rye Pale Ale with a present, yet subtle smoke profile accompanied by a slight spice from a heavy hand of rye malt. The hop profile of Saaz and Hallertau Blanc round out the malt character with an earthy and spice like profile followed by a back end of juicy pear. This beer is the perfect complement to our newest pizza special “The Bandit” which is only available at our Downtown Brewery.
