    I would say Perfect Day IPA. It taste like Pete’s kisses.

    Any thing from Hi Wire. I’ve been having a recurring dream where Scott Stuhr ,John Parks and myself are in a three-legged race in a corn dog factory. The T Rex catches us most of the time, but I always wake up hungry.

    A session IPA of sorts. My blood type is less than 5% ABV usually. I smell great. I’m slightly bitter, and you can drink with me all night.

    My favorite beer we’ve made was the 2016 barrel-aged toasted coconut Carolina Mountain Monster. I have a deep love for anything coconut and have always liked big malty beers. My favorite regular beer is Beer Guy Rye. It has a really smooth profile and mouthfeel-

    I really like Burial’s Surf Wax IPA. I love the hoppy characteristics of this beer, and it’s easy to drink a lot of it.

    I would to say a big, dark, malty, barleywine. I love big beers that pack a punch!

    Currently, my go-to beer at Asheville Brewing is License to Swill, because it’s everything i want out of a good session beer. It has an excellent hoppy flavor and aroma without the overbearing ABC that often comes with that.

    There are so many to chose from, but I really enjoy the Watermelon Saison that Wicked Weed makes. Its one of the most refreshing and well-balanced fruit beers I’ve had.

  • If you were a beer, what style beer would you be and why?

    If I was a style of beer, I would probably be a brett beer, because the longer I spend in Asheville, the funkier I get.
