Our collaboration with our friends at Woodfin’s Zillicoah Beer is a Brett IPA. The second half of a batch brewed with Zillicoah months ago was aged on a mixed culture of brettanomyces and microbes that passed on some delicious fruit-forward farmhouse flavor and aroma.
