Brewed in collaboration with Ben’s Tune-Up’s stellar sake program, this milk stout is both whimsical and deeply flavorful. Inspired by the magical layers of Princess Mononoke and the playful worlds of Studio Ghibli, we built a stout that transforms with each sip, soft, sweet, and enchanting. Koji lends a gentle umami roundness, while roasted black sesame deepens the experience with nutty richness, aromas of dark chocolate, caramel cream and a touch of smokiness.
