Our Imperial Stout aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels with a healthy dose of cherries. Reminiscent of a Black Forest Gateau, this beer has notes of rich chocolate ganache, vanilla, caramel, and maraschino cherries.

We then conditioned the beast on toasted coconut to smooth it out for an incredible depth of flavors. At 11.2% ABV this version has massive body, bursts with complex malt character and is pitch black. Roasted and Chocolate barley combine with the addition of vanilla and coffee to create a colossally Stout beer.
