Session IPA | ABV: 5.2 % | IBU: 40 | SRM: 3
The beer formerly known as Licence to Swill has been given a new license on life as Low Voltage. It’s a 5.2 percenter brewed with an electrifying combination of Idaho 007, Azacca, and Mosaic hops. This crushable hop juice includes a supporting malt bill of flaked oats, light crystal, plus a fair amount of wheat.
“We’ve played around with a few hop combinations and really like this blend. We think it makes for an interesting hop profile that’s also super sessionable” says Pete Langheinrich, head brewer. “It’s got a fantastic aroma and fruity flavors of tangerine, apricot, and pineapple.”
Brighten up your winter with Low Voltage.
Pairing Notes:
Pairs well with fish & chips, a chicken sandwich, or a Mandarin salad.
