Our latest IPA brewed with English yeast and an aggressive blend of Galaxy, Amarillo, Cascade & Hallertau Blanc hops. Brewgasm IPA is classic west coast style with low bitterness and a tropical fruit aroma. Dry-hopped with Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Simcoe, it comes in at a drinkable 5.7% ABV. Brewed with a Norwegian Farmhouse yeast called Kviek that accentuates the big hoppy aroma of Idaho 7, Mosaic and Simcoe, Norwegian Forest Cat is a tropical punch of an IPA. Pineapple and tangerine aroma with a little piney resin flavor round out this majestic beer. Have one right meow.
