An absolute Asheville classic, Shiva IPA is every bit as delicious and balanced today as it was over 20 years ago. Brewed with American barley and hops Shiva has a wonderful kiss of grapefruit and the proper bitterness of iconic West Coast India Pale Ales. Shiva has a simple malt bill with no crystal malt, which was light years ahead of its time, allowing that citrus hoppiness to shine bright. Shiva IPA is the longest on-tap IPA in Western NC. A local Asheville brew if there ever was one!
Sister Bad Habit Session IPA

Named a 2017 Top 20 Best Beers in North Carolina by Paste Magazine and one of the favorite Holiday brews in Western North Carolina. Our brewery works closely with the Asheville Pizza and Brewing chefs to hand-craft a concoction of fresh vanilla beans, toasted cinnamon sticks, raisins, molasses, and caramelized ginger. This Christmas-y syrup is then added to Asheville Brewing’s World Beer Cup gold medal winner and year-round flagship beer, Ninja Porter. Many restaurants and chefs now cook with Ninjabread Man.
