Marzen | 5.4% ABV
A traditional German Marzen brewed with Pilsner, light and dark Munich malts from our friends at Riverbend Malt House. A decoction mash accentuates caramel and ready malt notes and 100% Czech Saaz balances the rich melt character. Prost!

Fresh and roasted jalapeno peppers added to one of our classic Pale Ale recipes to create a slightly spicy, deliciously unique brew.

Porter | 5.6% ABV
Our World Beer Cup 2014 Gold medal winner & 2018 Bronze medal winner. Roasty, smooth brown porter with all-American hops and malts and a chocolatey finish. Perfect Day IPA
India Pale Ale | 6.5% ABV
Dry hopped and clear, Perfect Day is the ultimate blend of old and new school IPAs. Citrus and tropical fruit flavor and aroma from big kettle and dry hop doses of Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops produce the Perfect IPA. Our most popular brew!
Perfect Haze IPA
Hazy India Pale Ale | 6.2% ABV
A hazy, mellow dream of an IPA. All the juice and fruit you crave from an unfiltered and heavily dry hopped brew. Let your edges blur and maybe dissolve, daydream a little. Let the Perfect Haze guide your reverie.
Rocket Girl Lager
Kolsch | 4.2% ABV
Crisp. Classic. Out of this world.
Rocket Girl Lager is your go-to golden brew—clean, refreshing, and endlessly drinkable. With a smooth, crisp body and just a whisper of hops, it brings a touch of subtle sweetness that keeps you coming back for more. As a Kolsch-style beer, Rocket Girl bridges the best of both worlds: the easygoing drinkability of a lager and the light fruitiness of an ale. Lift off with every sip.
i am avALE
Pale Ale | 5.7% ABV
Brewed in collaboration with iamavl, iamavAle leans into a classic West Coast profile—clean, bright, and unapologetically hop-forward. Centennial leads with sharp citrus and floral lift, Columbus brings a resinous edge, and Simcoe rounds it out with notes of pine and subtle stone fruit.
Crisp bitterness snaps through a lean malt backbone, keeping things dry, refreshing, and endlessly drinkable. It’s a modern nod to a timeless style—built for hop lovers who appreciate clarity, structure, and a little bite.
Founded in 2012, Independent Arts and Music of Asheville or iamAVL has worked to bring exposure to the music and arts community of Western North Carolina, and support the artists and musicians working there. This is achieved through live club and concert streaming multiple nights a week from around the region. But also through artist spotlights, interviews, and original programing including 6 seasons of ‘Echo Sessions’, a live in-studio concert series for syndication on North Carolina's PBS station UNCTV. With thousands of shows in the archives and live streams on the website every night of the week, iamAVL has made Asheville the first city in the world with its music scene aggregated into one easy to navigate platform.

Fret Buzz
Munich Helles | 4.7% ABV
This Munich Helles pours pale gold and quietly radiant, built on classic German malts and soft water chemistry tuned as carefully as a custom neck. Aromas stay restrained but expressive: fresh bread, light honey, a hint of meadow grass, and a clean herbal note that hums just under the surface.
Fret Buzz doesn’t shout; it resonates. Each sip snaps into focus, then vanishes fast enough to invite the next, creating a rhythm that feels almost meditative. It’s a beer about feel as much as flavor—smooth, responsive, and endlessly playable. Brewed with Aluminati Guitars, this is lager as craftsmanship: proof that when everything is tuned just right, even the smallest vibration can be electric.

Shiva IPA
India Pale Ale | 6.5% ABV
An absolute Asheville classic, Shiva IPA is every bit as delicious and balanced today as it was over 20 years ago. Brewed with American barley and hops Shiva has a wonderful kiss of grapefruit and the proper bitterness of iconic West Coast India Pale Ales. Shiva has a simple malt bill with no crystal malt, which was light years ahead of its time, allowing that citrus hoppiness to shine bright. Shiva IPA is the longest on-tap IPA in Western NC. A local Asheville brew if there ever was one!
