Classic American Style Pale Ale brewed for the everyday beer drinkin’ Ashevillain. Chinook, Mosaic and Simcoe hops in the kettle produce just the proper amount of bitterness, balanced with a touch of sweetness from American grown barley. All things together, all at once, in balance, just like our fair and freaky mountain town.

Fresh and roasted jalapeno peppers added to one of our classic Pale Ale recipes to create a slightly spicy, deliciously unique brew.

Asheville Brewing Company’s refreshing wheat beer is right on time for lemony deliciousness. We updated the recipe in 2017 by adding fresh lemon zest to gently increase the citrusy aroma and flavor created by the Lemondrop hops. Wheat creates a perfect balance for this thirst-quenching brew. We love lemons, space, and dogs–making this a particularly special beer! This beer is named in honor of the first dog to go to outer space, Laika, who rode Sputnik 2 in 1957.

There are extremely popular seasonals based off of Ninja Porter including Love Ninja, Ninja Latte Coffee Porter and Ninjabread Man Holiday Porter.

Dry hopped and clear, Perfect Day is the ultimate blend of old and new school IPAs. Citrus and tropical fruit flavor and aroma from big kettle and dry hop doses of Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops produce the Perfect IPA. Our most popular brew!

Crisp and easy-drinking beer, brewed with Kolsch yeast to give it the character of both an ale and a lager.

An absolute Asheville classic, Shiva IPA is every bit as delicious and balanced today as it was over 20 years ago. Brewed with American barley and hops Shiva has a wonderful kiss of grapefruit and the proper bitterness of iconic West Coast India Pale Ales. Shiva has a simple malt bill with no crystal malt, which was light years ahead of its time, allowing that citrus hoppiness to shine bright. Shiva IPA is the longest on-tap IPA in Western NC. A local Asheville brew if there ever was one!
